Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. Express options (1–2 days) are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days.
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
We ship to over 40 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
Email hello@lepaix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid label within 1 business day.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Products & Sizing
Check our Size Guide for measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
We prioritise natural and recycled fabrics and work with suppliers who meet our environmental and labour standards. Product pages include full material breakdowns.
Care instructions are on each product label. Most items can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend hanging to dry to extend the life of the garment.
